Mrs. Vansickle

Mrs. Robin VanSickle is one of the new members of the Harding staff. She was originally one of the counselors at Grant middle school, having decided that she needed a change. She finds it “nice working with older students.” She has been a counselor for 5 years, beforehand she taught for 10 years. She actually taught shop class for a bit as well. She enjoys being a counselor due to the fact that she can meet with students one on one and get to know them. She went to college at Ohio State in Marion and the University of Dayton. Something she has done that she is most proud of is help the students at Grant start the Pride Club. Her favorite animal is bears and she likes book series such as Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter (but not the author). If she had not become a counselor, Mrs. VanSickle would have become a stewardess.
